Rudy's Parade

President Giuliani returns to his home town for the 2012 St Patrick's day parade. Manhattan resembles a police state and the spectators are thin. See the parade through the eyes of one a menial worker who is a die hard Rudy fan, for the time being. Rudy does his best river dance in drag and Bernie holds a cabinet position, he gets drunk and fires rubber bullets into the crowd.
